About The Position

Requirements

• A total of 3 years of professional experience in Java software development or related education equivalent to 3 years.
• Experience with Java Development at the Enterprise level is preferred.
• Experience with Java Spring Boot and JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.
• Relational database experience, not SQL, and demonstrated web development experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with JSF and version control systems.
• Experience with continuous integration environments and web services.
• Experience working in Agile/Lean and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enhancements and future systems in Java/JavaScript.
• Maintain and fix bugs in current systems, including new development and resolution of legacy application issues.
• Collaborate with Developers, Managers, Systems Administrators, and other IT teams to ensure system compatibility and resolve issues.
• Engage with individual developers to verify architecture and best practices in development.
• Evaluate new technologies and determine their applicability to current systems.
