Java QA Developer

About the position

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in creating automation test cases using Core Java, RestAssured, and Selenium. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum automation coverage for functional testing for both UI and Backend APIs. You will be responsible for creating automation jobs for test coverage, monitoring failures and bugs, and reporting QA status to stakeholders on a daily basis. Additionally, you will maintain knowledge of functional features to ensure better project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create automation test cases using Core Java, RestAssured, and Selenium.
• Ensure maximum automation coverage for functional testing for both UI and Backend APIs.
• Create automation jobs for test coverage and monitor failures and bugs.
• Create automation test plans and test scripts using TestNG/Maven.
• Report QA status to stakeholders on a daily basis regarding the quality of the product.
• Maintain knowledge based on functional features for better project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Hands-on experience in Git, IDEs, gRPC, Postman, RestAssured, TestNG/Maven.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Management tools.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk queries.
