About the position

The Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist at GRO is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to grow their careers in digital marketing. This role involves assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist team in developing and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads. The position offers hands-on experience across various marketing channels and reports directly to the Director of Paid Media.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Support DMS, Senior DMS, and Digital Marketing Team Lead with tasks and optimizations when needed.
• Effectively manage budgets throughout the month.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts and activities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of digital marketing experience which could include creating and managing paid search, display, and social campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, programmatic).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous internship or experience in digital marketing is a plus.
