Sharpconta is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Representative to join our team in Austin, TX. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and resolving account-related questions

• Support senior account representatives in daily operations
• Monitor client account activity and maintain accurate records
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and professional service

Requirements
