Responsibilities

  • Support the ongoing efforts of the creative team to build brand recognition through consistent, high-quality creative.
  • Function as a general brand designer and support across all digital creative touchpoints of the business.
  • Track and identify design trends and competitors to ensure relevancy.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop strong performing paid social campaign creative, including video, GIFs, and static ads for Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, etc.
  • Complete end-to-end support of photo and video shoots, from initial planning and shooting to postproduction.
  • Support Freshpet.com site design through CMS and Figma, creating landing pages and other site needs.
  • Collaborate and support brand managers with creative assets for ecommerce, sales needs, print marketing for in-store retailers, and more.
  • Own miscellaneous creative needs including event & tradeshow design, branded swag, email marketing, and more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relative work.
  • 3-5 years of experience in design, with a focus on digital. CPG experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Aftereffects.
  • Strong experience in creative digital marketing i.e., paid & organic social, email marketing, etc.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in Asana, or similar project management software.
  • Must be able to commute to Bedminster, NJ, with the ability to work in-office two days a week.
  • Ability to travel 5%, if needed.

  • Concepting and story-boarding experience is a plus.
