About The Position

The Junior Engine Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness of aviation products by performing assigned duties under the supervision of a Certified Technician or Supervisor. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift and move 40 pounds.
• Ability to teardown, inspect, requisition parts, assemble, test, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft fuel/pneumatic components.
• Self-motivation and hard-working attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• English language proficiency to read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Assist other workers in servicing, repairing, and overhauling engines and articles.
• Disassembly and reassembly of components.
• Cleaning and assisting with the removal of aircraft components.
• Comply with hazardous material disposal procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
