About the position
The IT Support Specialist position at Child Focus Inc. is a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work, providing essential technical support to end users. The specialist will be responsible for onboarding new hires, configuring user equipment, and maintaining network privileges, while also researching and implementing new technology projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Provide end user help desk support both in person and remotely.
- Provide technical onboarding training for new hires.
- Install and configure end user equipment including computers, tablets, cell phones, and peripheral equipment.
- Create user accounts with appropriate network and phone privileges.
- Configure and maintain MS group policy objects.
- Research and implement new technology projects and configuration changes as assigned by ITO.
Requirements
- An Associate's Degree in a computer-related field with 1 to 2 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
