About the position

The Juvenile Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the Chatham Multi-Service Center (MSC) and Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) in Savannah, GA. This role involves ensuring compliance with state regulations, managing staff, and implementing programs aimed at rehabilitating juvenile offenders. The manager will work closely with various stakeholders to promote effective service delivery and improve outcomes for youth in the program.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Chatham MSC and ISP.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies.
  • Manage and supervise program staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at rehabilitating juvenile offenders.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Monitor program performance and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in juvenile justice or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with program development and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in juvenile rehabilitation.
