This position plays a crucial role in assisting youth in transforming their lives by creating pathways for self-sufficiency through meaningful partnerships, employment opportunities, and effective rehabilitation services. The JRC3 will supervise and direct counseling staff in the treatment and case management of juvenile offenders, ensuring adherence to the Juvenile Rehabilitation Integrated Treatment Model (ITM). This role requires a strong commitment to providing developmentally appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally relevant counseling and case management for juvenile offenders.
