About the position

The Key Account Manager, Corporate Accounts is responsible for managing and growing assigned corporate accounts and group purchasing organizations (GPOs) within the U.S. Companion Animal business unit at Ceva Animal Health. This role involves developing new agreements, managing relationships with corporate account partners, and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve sales objectives. The position requires a strong focus on customer needs, market penetration, and collaboration with internal teams to drive sales and support corporate account medical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Corporate Account and GPO leadership, including CEOs, CMOs, and CFOs.
  • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan for designated accounts to meet sales objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and execute new agreements, including business case development.
  • Conduct prospecting calls on potential new corporate account partners.
  • Provide consistent communication with existing partners regarding new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate improved communication between Ceva field leadership and corporate partner field leadership.
  • Travel with Ceva TMs to train them on corporate accounts and drive sales at the hospital level.
  • Develop marketing strategies and collateral material for corporate account partners.
  • Provide ongoing communication and support to the Ceva sales force regarding corporate/key accounts.
  • Assist in delivering internal sales meeting presentations and manage meeting schedules with corporate/key account partners.
  • Create annual private brand sales forecasts and collaborate with Ceva Veterinary Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years of proven track record in animal health sales strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing and sales plans.
  • Existing relationships with U.S. corporate account partners are preferred.
