Requirements

  • 7-10 years of selling experience in the ingredients industry, with a focus on personal care.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as chemistry or biology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong emphasis on R&D project development at the customer level.
  • Ability to understand customer needs through meaningful conversations.
  • Proven account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently after training.
