About the position

The position serves as the primary point of contact for top Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships while driving profitable growth in alignment with Fluid Metering's strategic objectives. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs, manage projects, and ensure the successful delivery of product solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for OEM accounts, maintaining long-term relationships and establishing new ones.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
  • Organize and manage customer training sessions and workshops to ensure proficiency in Fluid Metering's products.
  • Identify Value Added Value Engineering (VAVE) projects and New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to showcase Fluid Metering's capabilities.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to optimize profits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, particularly with OEM accounts.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategies.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
