The Key Account/Outside Sales position at NCAB Group is designed for a highly ambitious and dedicated sales professional who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions during visits.
  • Utilize SPIN selling techniques to drive sales.
  • Travel domestically to meet with customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.

Requirements

  • Proven sales history with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication skills to build solid customer relationships.
  • Ability to present products effectively and conduct in-depth customer visits.
  • Knowledge of SPIN selling techniques.
  • A college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
