This apprenticeship, in collaboration with the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF), involves rotating through various locations within the Hersheypark Entertainment Complex, including Chocolatier and Devon Seafood & Steak, to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic culinary environment.
