Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and coordinating interagency agreements (e.g. MOU, MOA, SLA) to ensure maximum availability of services and capabilities.
• Reviewing recurring document review for the unit.
• Designing, developing, and analyzing data collection, storage, and management tools.
• Working with various quantitative and qualitative data collection methodologies.
• Applying practical knowledge and understanding of the mission and work to learning and/or performance solutions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Sharepoint and IT Service Management Tools or relevant experience.
• SharePoint content management experience required.
• Must possess Secret Clearance.
