About the position

The Knowledge Manager and SharePoint Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and maintaining a knowledge management program within joint cyber capabilities operations. This role focuses on enabling collaboration of Cyber operational data to assist office leadership in making informed decisions. The specialist will promote the use of internal knowledge management tools and establish best practices for continual process improvement, while also serving as a SharePoint expert to design and develop various SharePoint solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, implement, and maintain a knowledge management program.
  • Enable collaboration of Cyber operational data for informed decision-making.
  • Promote and assist with the use of internal knowledge management tools.
  • Establish repeatable knowledge management best practices and processes.
  • Integrate information throughout the organization for easy access and sharing.
  • Serve as a SharePoint specialist, designing and developing web parts and InfoPath forms.
  • Develop Microsoft Office integration applications and workflows.
  • Customize page templates and branding for SharePoint.
  • Configure collaboration sites and forms authentication for staff access.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a knowledge management specialist.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and hosting SharePoint solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience creating connections to systems for dashboard displays.
  • Experience collaborating with U.S. military leadership.
  • Experience managing user access controls and security permissions for SharePoint.
  • Ability to configure collaboration sites and forms authentication.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • HS diploma or GED.
