About the position

The Knowledge Manager/ORSA position at SOSi involves supporting government customers in Huntsville, Alabama, with a focus on the development and integration of technology advancements in AI and Machine Learning. The role encompasses knowledge management tasks, documentation, reporting, and administrative support, ensuring effective communication and organization within the team and with government staff.

Responsibilities

• Defines and establishes knowledge management tasks.
• Documents key meetings for personnel.
• Documents and develops presentations for related processes.
• Compiles reports on team and system performance and utilization.
• Organizes data and establishes file structures for information accessibility and dissemination.
• Develops and prepares both administrative and technical presentations and reports.
• Serves as an on-site liaison between the team, program manager, and government staff.
• Maintains and updates program & SOSi related documentation.
• Provides personnel administrative support to the contractor personnel.
• Maintains individual and team calendars and conference room schedules.
• Maintains employee rosters, organizational charts, and training records.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Active in scope DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice-to-haves

• Currently possess a CI Poly or an ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar related degree.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer interface skills.
