About the position

The Knowledge Manager at Cayuse Technologies plays a crucial role in supporting the AD-CS Directorate and the Healthcare Operations Directorate within the Defense Health Agency. This position focuses on enhancing knowledge management practices, facilitating information flow, and coordinating crisis responses to ensure effective mission implementation. The Knowledge Manager is responsible for developing techniques for organizing and accessing relevant knowledge and expertise, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop techniques and procedures for organizing, locating and enabling access to relevant knowledge and expertise required to address specific tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Degree in Knowledge Management preferred
• Works with IM/KM/Functional Analyst; hyper-organized; preferred degree in KM
• Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
• Active Secret Clearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
• Proficient skills using Microsoft and Google Suite Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) and be able to learn new software as the situation dictates.
