About the position

Markon, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the Intelligence Community by providing expertise in knowledge management, asset management strategy, and data analytics. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to enhance performance management, governance, and customer interface, while ensuring compliance with document management and audit processes. The Knowledge Manager will play a crucial role in improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness through innovative tools and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily with knowledge managers, audit preparation personnel, real property officers, branch managers, project managers, and design managers to provide solutions and products focusing on performance management, governance, and customer interface.
  • Attend Knowledge Management Team meetings and provide expert support and recommendations from multiple stakeholder perspectives.
  • Oversee and improve the services and systems used to interface with customers.
  • Monitor and maintain customer interface facets to provide transparency and accountability.
  • Review and tailor processes to align with an effective asset management framework.
  • Develop practical tools and programs to provide leadership and customers with real-time information.
  • Provide guidance on strategic direction to ensure operational effectiveness and alignment to internal controls.
  • Support financial processes and policies at branch/division levels in an efficient and audit-compliant manner.
  • Drive audit compliance across the division from minor expense projects to capitalized full renovations.
  • Train and rotate with other knowledge management team members to understand project management and document control processes.
  • Attend project site visits to learn and improve project processes in collaboration with project managers.
  • Administer, catalogue, and store all existing and new as-built project documents.
  • Provide support to project closeouts and audits, assisting designers, engineers, and project managers with existing documents, data, and drawings.

Requirements

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3 years of experience or Associate's degree with at least 5 years of experience min.
  • Outstanding customer service attitude and team-focused mindset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Enthusiastic desire to engage in business system and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
