Responsibilities
- Provide technical oversight to the Core Laboratory.
- Work with Clinical Laboratory Director and manager to establish technical standards.
- Ensure continuous quality of services.
Requirements
- MT(ASCP) or equivalent plus four years of medical technologist experience, generalist preferred.
- 3 years of professional experience that demonstrates progressive leadership background.
- Problem solver, collaborate, multitask, initiative and self-motivated.
- Participate in all CAP activities, QC review, writing of SOPs, inventory, analyzer maintenance.

- Ability to lead projects, evaluate and validate new equipment.
- Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity.
- Able to speak and write English fluently.
- Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills.
