Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight to the Core Laboratory.
  • Work with Clinical Laboratory Director and manager to establish technical standards.
  • Ensure continuous quality of services.

Requirements

  • MT(ASCP) or equivalent plus four years of medical technologist experience, generalist preferred.
  • 3 years of professional experience that demonstrates progressive leadership background.
  • Problem solver, collaborate, multitask, initiative and self-motivated.
  • Participate in all CAP activities, QC review, writing of SOPs, inventory, analyzer maintenance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to lead projects, evaluate and validate new equipment.
  • Fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity.
  • Able to speak and write English fluently.
  • Demonstrated communication, organization and critical thinking skills.
