About the position
As a Laborer at our landfill operations, you will be responsible for performing a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role is essential to maintaining the efficiency and safety of our operations. You will engage in tasks that include lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, digging and refilling holes, and assisting in various activities as needed. The position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment. You will be expected to conduct other duties and tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization. This role does not involve supervisory responsibilities, allowing you to focus on executing your tasks effectively. The work environment can be challenging, as you will be exposed to various physical occupational risks such as cuts, burns, and exposure to toxic chemicals. You will also encounter environmental elements like dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes. Requirements
