The Lawn Route Manager position at Nutri-Green is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional lawn care services, including weed control, fertilization, and pest control. Responsibilities

• Driving a company vehicle to customer locations and applying weed control, fertilizer, pest control, and tree/shrub treatments.
• Completing daily routes while diagnosing and correcting any lawn problems that occur throughout the season.
• Performing telephone calls and service calls to address customer concerns.
• Assisting in day-to-day sales as required.
• Maintaining vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
• Installing and taking down Christmas lights and decorations during the off-season.
• Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a labor-intensive environment (e.g., construction, landscaping, plumbing, HVAC).
• Client service experience.
• Polite, professional, and clean appearance.
• Good communication and sales skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift 75 lbs.
• Willingness to achieve Service Technician Certification.
• Team player and a leader.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Eager to learn and take initiative.
• High standards of morals and ethics.
• Valid OK Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in teaching or training others.
