Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding behavioral healthcare for clients of all ages.
• Serve as clinician-of-the-day for patient emergencies during scheduled workdays.
• Assess patients and develop a list of actual and potential needs/diagnoses.
• Gather health history of patients through interviews with patients and/or family members.
• Plan and implement patient care using advanced knowledge and skills.
• Maintain patient documentation in a prompt and comprehensive manner.
• Ensure timely follow-ups for patient referrals and return patient calls.

Requirements

• LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker certification.
• Twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last three (3) years in direct patient care.
• Current clinical competencies.
• Valid Photo ID (Driver's License or Passport).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association.
• Valid California Social Worker license (hard copy required).
