About the position

The Lead Agile Coach plays a pivotal role in fostering a culture of Agile methodologies within the organization. This position is responsible for coaching, educating, and mentoring organizational leaders and their teams to ensure a successful enterprise-wide adoption of Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Lead Agile Coach will tackle problems of varying complexity, from moderate to substantial, and will work primarily during Eastern time zone hours. In this role, the Lead Agile Coach will enhance team and Agile Release Train (ART) performance, flexibility, and responsiveness to change. The Lead Agile Coach will create tools and lead training sessions to demonstrate how business and technology leaders, as well as associates, can apply Agile methodologies in their daily work. This position will guide one or more segments through change transitions and drive adherence to optimal Agile work practices. The Lead Agile Coach will promote a culture of innovation by implementing Agile processes and principles, focusing on techniques that increase collaboration, predictability, transparency, and velocity.
