As a Lead BI Analyst at CDW, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the digital user journey and optimizing the performance of the CDW website and mobile app. This position requires a deep collaboration with product and marketing teams to understand their objectives and roadmap. You will be responsible for building key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure both existing and new product features, while also uncovering actionable insights that can drive business decisions. Your primary goal will be to create high-quality, scalable, automated, and well-documented analytics solutions that will inform the digital product roadmap and support business decision-making processes. In this role, you will build data models for new KPI measurements and implement data structures in collaboration with the data engineering team. You will also automate dashboards using PowerBI and Adobe Cloud services, and streamline business reporting processes through automation of PowerPoint slides and other critical analytics components using Python. Additionally, you will develop algorithms in Python to analyze trends and anomalies in key metrics, providing technical expertise to the product team in defining metrics and KPIs for new products and features. Your responsibilities will also include creating business cases for new product development, contributing to annual planning discussions, and providing ad hoc analyses to deepen the understanding of complex business and technology environments. You will be expected to propose innovative solutions to business challenges through scalable analytics services and to continuously improve the operating, communication, and engagement models across the analytics team and key stakeholders.
