As a Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for providing various forms of data and analytics support to optimize and elevate digital user journey, as well as enhance the performance of CDW website and mobile app. You will work closely with product and marketing business teams to understand their goals and roadmap, will proactively build KPIs to measure existing and new product features, and will uncover and disseminate actionable insights. Your goal will be to build high quality, scalable, automated, and meticulously documented analytics solutions that will shape up business decision-making and digital product roadmap. Responsibilities include but are not limited to building data models behind new KPI measurement and implementing data structures in collaboration with the data engineering team; building and automating dashboards using PowerBI and Adobe Cloud services; automating business comments, PowerPoint slides, and other critical analytics components via Python; building Python algorithms to capture and explain changes in trends and anomalies in key metrics; collaborating with the product team to provide technical expertise in building metrics and KPIs for measuring the success of new products and features; creating business cases related to brainstorming and researching the development of new products; developing a deep understanding of the CDW business model, processes, and engagement with business customers; providing ad hoc analysis for deeper understanding of complex business and technology environments; proposing and building innovative solutions to business problems via scalable and robust analytics services; and following principles of continuous improvement for operating, communication, and engagement models across the analytics team and key stakeholders.
