About the position

The Lead Cashier at Ulta Beauty is responsible for ensuring efficient guest transactions and maintaining high standards at the cashwrap area. Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest transactions and maintain cashwrap standards.
• Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates.
• Drive loyalty results through a focus on sales and guest experience.
• Provide exceptional service by engaging guests and personalizing their experience.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Support the execution of in-store events and services to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of cashwrap displays and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve.
• Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and sales.
• Experience in addressing guest concerns and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficient with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems.
