About The Position
The position involves leading the design and architecture of middleware solutions, including messaging systems, enterprise service buses (ESBs), API gateways, and integration platform features, to meet business requirements and technical specifications. The role requires collaboration with enterprise and other functional area architects to ensure alignment with overall system architecture and business requirements. In partnership with the Domain Architect, the individual will ensure systems architecture and design aligns with architecture standards and present new and modified solutions to the Architecture Review Board for review and approval. The position also includes providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of integration engineers, mentoring other engineers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
