Lead Financial Analyst - Corporate Planning

Responsibilities

• Provides financial and business analysis support.
• Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
• Assist with quarterly earnings support, providing financial analysis on results.
• Prepare periodic Town Hall/Officer Financial updates for the senior leadership.
• Assist in actuals and forecast consolidation and analysis for senior leadership.
• Develop and enhance financial models; Improve forecasting accuracy and drive business insights.
• Assist in development and preparation of materials for quarterly earnings and various EMC and BOD presentations.
• Maintain strong focus on process purpose, mastery, and continuous improvement (efficiency and risk identification/mitigation).
• Develops profitability analyses and projections for marketing and customer segments.
• Analyzes customer behaviors and product profitability trends to understand financial implications and influence actions.
• Provides management with strategic advice and financial analyses for investment decisions, pricing changes, and channel and segment expansions.
• Performs competitive analyses to drive strategic insights and actions.
• Translates business opportunities and issues into financial analyses. Develops business cases with recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, or related.
• 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Investment Banking or related.

Nice-to-haves

• Master degree in Finance, Business Administration and Management, or related.
• 4+ years of experience in Financial Services, Consulting, Investment Banking or related.
