About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems to join the HR Transformation & Products Team. This role focuses on delivering integrated HR technology solutions and establishing a world-class HR Employee Relations/Labor Relations Services Team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in both in-house and SAAS-based applications like ServiceNow HRSD and Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business requirements, plan projects, and participate in development and delivery.
  • Build and re-engineer HR technical and business processes for greater efficiencies.
  • Lead user acceptance cycles, identifying and documenting test scenarios and cases.
  • Produce documentation to capture business processes and requirements in various formats.
  • Influence and guide less experienced staff within the group.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and understand client objectives.
  • Drive requirements based on product expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Partner with client areas to analyze complex business problems for automated solutions.
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams and compliance.
  • Execute system administration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration and data quality management.
  • Drive vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including testing and deployment.
  • Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories.
  • Maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  • Resolve user questions and recommend changes based on needs.
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are managed for project execution.
  • Contribute to delivering long-term, large-scale solutions considering global dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • 4+ years of HR Systems experience (Workday) in a global environment.
  • 4+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems.
  • Experience with leading Unionized Worker Workday Foundation and related functionality.
  • Experience facilitating workshops to meet client objectives.
  • Experience driving the requirements process with technical and business partners.
  • Ability to interpret business and technical needs into user stories.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to management.
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
