About the position

The Lead HRIS Analyst at Ampcus Inc. is responsible for supporting integrations across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting Modules. This role acts as a technical partner to Corporate IT and various HR Centers of Excellence, focusing on gathering system requirements and configuring integrations. The position requires deep technical expertise and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and maintain production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, detailed analysis, and maintenance of Workday Integrations with third-party and downstream systems.
  • Support Acquisition/Divestiture Initiatives on data migrations from/to Workday and subsequent integration impacts.
  • Work directly with key business and HR/IT/third-party stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.
  • Provide guidance and recommend best practices to end users' requests.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide resolutions for Workday Integrations related issues.
  • Assist HR Technology team in configuring and testing integrations that overlap with functional design or business process operations.
  • Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Designing, Building, Testing, Deploying, and Troubleshooting Integrations in Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
  • Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP Workday implementations is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple client requests and operate in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Superior client-focus and commitment to customer service.
  • Excellent organizational, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and attributes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Workday Integrations and Workday Studio Certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP Workday implementations is a plus.
