In this position, the Portfolio Management Lead will provide cross-functional coordination on all IT-related efforts, supporting Vice Presidents across Humana Military by interfacing with the IT organization. This includes monitoring the health of projects, assessing resource needs, and understanding the implications of project deferrals. The lead will also create and manage executive dashboard views to track the progress of ongoing projects and evaluate completed initiatives against expected outcomes. Additionally, the role involves assessing IT support needs from Humana Inc. for ongoing coordination and resource planning, leading the creation of Return on Investment (ROI) analyses for discretionary efforts, and facilitating annual technology roadmap and prioritization processes. The Portfolio Management Lead is expected to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all IT efforts are aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role is essential for driving value creation and dynamic prioritization within the IT portfolio, ultimately contributing to the success of Humana's mission to put health first.
