About the position

The Lead Java Angular Developer at Infosys is a technology leadership role focused on software development across various lifecycle stages. The position involves creating design artifacts, developing and reviewing code, and contributing to project go-live plans. Responsibilities

  • Create detailed design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with application development using Spring Boot, Java 8, API, Microservices, Angular 8+, AWS/Openshift, Oracle/SQL DB, and Core Java dealing with concurrency.
  • 6+ years of in-depth knowledge in Core Java, Spring DI, Spring MVC, REST, JMS, Hibernate, JDBC, and PL/SQL.
  • 6+ years of experience in Spring Boot and Angular 8 or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in RESTful HTTP services design.
  • 3+ years of experience in JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including writing stored procedures and performance tuning.
  • Working knowledge of Webpack, CLI, and Agile Scrum framework.
  • Good communication and unit testing knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/PCF.
  • Experience with frameworks like JPA, Spring Core, Spring AOP, and Spring Data.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins.
  • Exposure to Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
