Lead Java Full Stack Developer with ReactJS (on site)

About the position

Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Sr Full Stack Java Developer who is skilled in front-end technologies, Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, and implement event-driven architecture and work with Kafka and MQ for real-time. Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement front-end user interfaces using modern frameworks and libraries (React).
• Develop back-end services and APIs to support front-end functionality and ensure seamless integration.
• Perform code reviews, debug, and troubleshoot issues to maintain high code quality and performance.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10 - 16 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React JS, Next JS.
• Strong knowledge of back-end technologies, including Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
