Experience managing critical infrastructure in an Operational Technology (OT) domain is highly preferred, as it directly impacts the effectiveness of the role. The Lead Product Owner is accountable for the continuous delivery of value to customers through compelling and empowering customer experiences. This includes leading the development of product roadmaps, prioritizing feature releases, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role also involves driving cross-functional collaboration to gather insights, prioritize initiatives, and plan releases effectively. By engaging with senior cross-functional leaders, the Lead Product Owner addresses and resolves issues, fostering effective communication and promoting alignment between various teams, including UX design, product, engineering, analytics, and customer support. Additionally, the Lead Product Owner organizes stakeholder priorities and works with teams to align needs with resources, ensuring that customer value, business value, and strategic fit are maintained. This includes consulting with the team during planning and grooming sessions, signing off on solutions, and prioritizing the product backlog and release plans. The role requires ongoing analysis of product capability themes to support product direction and deliver product innovation, definition, and design of new products that meet team and company goals. Ultimately, the Lead Product Owner serves as the voice of the client, capturing stakeholder concerns and implementing refinements to enhance the product offerings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
  • Product Owner certification required; Product Management certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of relevant product owner experience required.
  • Experience managing Operational Technology (OT) for critical infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Methodology.
