Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and scheduling through production schedules.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functional organizations.
• Resolve standard and non-standard problems using defined processes and expertise.
• Apply technical and managerial expertise to improve effectiveness in Project Controls/Scheduling.
• Develop and manage plans to achieve project objectives.
• Act as a facilitator and coordinate work activities with team members.
• Anticipate and interpret customer needs to identify solutions.
• Promote teamwork and coach less experienced colleagues.
