About The Position

As a full-time Lead Teller at PNC's Retail Branch, you will coach and supervise Tellers to enhance customer service skills and facilitate referral opportunities for PNC products. This role involves greeting customers, educating them on new technology, supervising transactions, and assisting with outbound calling initiatives, all aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and loyalty.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers to deliver a unique customer experience.
• Processes a variety of customer interactions and educates customers on available financial alternatives.
• Identifies banking opportunities during customer interactions and makes appropriate referrals.
• Engages with customers in the lobby to connect them with PNC products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrates clear communication skills and assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new hire selection processes.
• Ensures adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and efficient transaction handling.
