About The Position

The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Systems Administrator II is responsible for the management and optimization of the organization's learning and performance management systems, specifically the Cornerstone LMS. This role involves overseeing system functionality, user support, data management, and compliance with security requirements, while also driving process improvements and system updates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Systems Administrator, Analyst, or in a Training role for a mid to large size organization (1000+ employees).
  • Experience with Cornerstone or similar Learning and/or Performance Management System required.
  • Intermediate skill with HTML and CSS; JavaScript experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects in accordance with objectives.
  • Strong business communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Intermediate knowledge of Excel including pivot tables.

  • Experience with data security and privacy compliance.
  • Familiarity with change management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of Cornerstone, including installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Develop and follow formal processes for user acceptance testing and deployment.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cornerstone users to enhance efficiency and engagement.
  • Review system releases and features, conduct testing, and manage feedback for updates.
  • Manage security permissions, access, and system settings.
  • Act as the primary contact between L&OD, internal partners, external vendors, and stakeholders for system projects.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Manage mass data uploads and maintain data feeds from the HRIS system.
  • Monitor integrations and processes for errors, delivering timely resolutions.
  • Run audits and correct issues to eliminate root causes.
  • Manage training deployment, reporting, dashboard monitoring, and automated communications.
  • Maintain and grow CSS, HTML, and JavaScript for UI customization.
  • Develop and deliver reports for audit requests and performance analysis.
