In this role, you will be responsible for assisting current residents and working with prospective residents in selling and leasing our mobile homes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents have a positive experience while also maximizing leasing opportunities for our properties. As a Leasing Agent/Administrative Assistant, you will conduct property tours for potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available units. You will respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Your ability to utilize effective upselling techniques will be essential in maximizing leasing opportunities. You will also negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants, complete lease agreements, and ensure that all required documentation is accurately completed. Maintaining accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments will be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with local rental market trends and pricing will help you provide informed recommendations to prospective tenants. Collaboration with the property management team will be necessary to ensure the efficient turnover of vacant units, and adherence to fair housing laws and regulations will be paramount in your daily activities.
