Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service.
• Respond to site visits and telephone inquiries and conduct tours of the property.
• Optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of property and our competition.
• Prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants.
• Walk move-ins to ensure readiness.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience.
• A professional image.
• Great customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Be a team player with a great outlook.
