The ideal candidate will possess strong sales techniques to effectively close leasing deals and have familiarity with property maintenance practices to ensure the upkeep of rental units. Experience with leasing software, particularly Entrata, is highly desirable, as is a solid understanding of residential lease agreements. Requirements

  • Negotiation skills for closing deals
