About the position

Renoir Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent who excels in sales, marketing, and customer service. This position is ideal for individuals looking for temporary employment while maintaining a work/life balance. The Leasing Agent will work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure that quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner. The role involves touring prospective residents, assisting applicants with the application process, creating and updating marketing ads, and completing various reports assigned by the Property Manager. Additionally, the Leasing Agent will assist residents with work orders or any issues they may encounter in their homes and conduct move-in walk-throughs with new residents. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be a problem solver, and have a solid understanding of property management software. Knowledge of state landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing laws, and Cal-OSHA regulations is essential. The Leasing Agent should also be familiar with rental processes and marketing trends, as well as proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is crucial, along with strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Tour prospective residents via in-person or Zoom.
  • Assist applicants with the application process.
  • Create and update marketing ads.
  • Complete any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager.
  • Assist residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home.
  • Complete move-in walk-throughs with new residents.

Requirements
