About the position

Renoir Staffing is currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in sales, marketing, and customer service. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in the property management process, working closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed effectively and in a timely manner. You will be responsible for touring prospective residents, assisting applicants with the application process, and creating and updating marketing advertisements. Additionally, you will complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports as assigned by the Property Manager and assist residents with work orders or any issues they may encounter in their homes. You will also conduct move-in walk-throughs with new residents to ensure a smooth transition into their new living spaces. Responsibilities

  • Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
  • Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
  • Assists applicants with the application process
  • Creates and updates marketing ads
  • Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager
  • Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
  • Completes move-in walk-throughs with new residents

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Property Management software
  • Understanding of state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws, and Cal-OSHA
  • Knowledge of all rental processes and marketing trends
  • Proficiency in Excel, WORD, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
