About the position

MARS Residential is a Multifamily Property Management company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We are seeking a Leasing Agent who will play a crucial role in managing our multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service background and have experience working in the multifamily housing sector. This position requires a thorough understanding of leasing processes, work orders, and renovation knowledge. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for interacting with potential tenants, conducting property tours, and addressing any concerns or issues that current tenants may have. Patience and excellent customer service skills are essential, as the role may involve dealing with unhappy tenants on certain occasions. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for residents and will help ensure a positive living experience in our properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Manage leasing paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with work orders and coordinate maintenance requests.
• Support renovation projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficient customer service knowledge.
• Experience working in multifamily properties.
• Knowledge of leasing processes, work orders, and renovations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants and staff.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Driver's License preferred.
