The pay range for this position is $15+ per hour DOE, plus monthly bonus potential! Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. Attentively listening to prospective residents, you will discern their individual needs, confidently provide tailored recommendations, address any concerns, and ultimately secure their commitment by skillfully navigating them through the leasing process. Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the leasing process, helping prospective residents through the application and background process.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of available units.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and solve potential apartment issues.

Requirements

  • Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
