About the position

As a Leasing Consultant at Wasatch Property Management, you will play a crucial role in connecting individuals with their ideal apartment homes. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, personability, and versatility, as you guide prospective residents through the leasing process while fostering meaningful relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the leasing process, helping prospective residents through the application and background process.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of available units to showcase the community.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address tenant requests and solve potential apartment issues.

Requirements

  • Previous Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
