About the position

The Leasing Consultant at Olen Living is responsible for managing the leasing process for a multi-family apartment community in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves conducting property tours, processing rental applications, and ensuring high occupancy rates while providing excellent customer service to residents and prospects. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment under the direction of the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
• Utilize resident, prospect, and revenue management software systems for leasing activities such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow-up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
• Maintain closing ratio based on the needs of the community.
• Process rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
• Follow through and assume accountability for the overall move-in program.
• Assist in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
• Assist with outreach marketing programs.
• Help plan, schedule, organize, and participate in resident functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
