About the position

The Leasing Professional at Greystar Management Services LP is responsible for driving sales and leasing activities to meet the community's revenue and occupancy goals. This role involves engaging with prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for residents. The Leasing Professional will also develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents and maintain high occupancy rates.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure they are in move-in ready condition.
• Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy and sales results.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Use property management software to track apartment availability and manage resident data.
• Ensure the community and show units meet company standards for show quality.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
• Execute activities in support of the community's lease renewal program.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with company insurance requirements.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
