About the position

Morgan Properties is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team in Levittown, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, which includes building relationships with potential residents, conducting property tours, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract new residents. You will collaborate with other members of the leasing team to ensure a seamless experience for prospective tenants and assist the property manager with resident relations. This includes guiding residents through the application and move-in process, addressing any issues they may encounter during their stay, and facilitating lease renewals. To excel in this position, you must possess strong sales skills, both in-person and over the phone, and be willing to work weekends. We are looking for individuals who have a desire to learn and grow within the property management industry and are interested in taking on increasing responsibilities. Exceptional customer service is paramount, and you will be expected to provide current and prospective residents with an outstanding experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for interacting effectively with both residents and office staff. Previous experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is highly desirable. This position requires a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and auto insurance. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Responsibilities
