About the position

The School of Communication, Film & Theatre at the University of North Georgia invites applications for a Lecturer in Film & Digital Media with expertise in production and post-production. The ideal candidate will teach courses in these areas, support student productions throughout the academic year, and may also teach media studies courses. Responsibilities

• Requires expertise in production and post-production.
• Will teach courses in these areas.
• Support student productions throughout the academic year.
• May also teach media studies courses.
• Responsibilities include teaching production courses related to post-production and on-set production.
• Staying current in contemporary production practices.
• Continuing the candidate's own creative work.
• Providing service to the University.

Requirements

• A Master of Fine Arts in film, media, communication or a related field.
• Expertise in production and post-production.
